A. GENERAL TERMS
1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this event.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 11 Frasers Property Singapore developments:
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx app, FRx website or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation his/her full name, a verified mobile number, email address and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore developments.
4. To apply, download the FRx app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play, and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at www.FrasersExperience.com.

C. REDEMPTION
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy these instant rewards:
CITI MASTERCARD EXCLUSIVE

Scan your FRx QR Code in the app when paying in-store. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
Participating malls are Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point, White Sands and Valley Point.
Spend $150 at participating FRx stores with Citi Mastercard to receive $15 FRx Gift Card + 150 bonus FRx points.
- Minimum spend of $150 in a maximum of 3 same-day, same-mall transactions.
- Minimum spend of $20 in a single transaction at any participating FRx store.
- Full payment must be made via Citi Mastercard. Present up to 3 Citi Mastercard charge slip(s) and your FRx QR Code in person to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service to redeem. Charge slips must be from the same Citi Mastercard.

- The stored value in each FRx Gift Card expires 1 year from the date of issue.

FLY AWAY THIS LNY

Every $50 spent in a single transaction at participating FRx stores earns a lucky draw chance to win a pair of return Air Canada Economy Class Air Tickets from Singapore to Vancouver.
Participating malls are Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point, White Sands and Valley Point.
- Minimum spend of $50 in a single in-mall transaction to earn one lucky draw chance.
- Lucky draw chances are tabulated on a transaction basis. For example, if you spend $70 at a store, you receive one lucky draw chance. If you spend $80 at another store, you receive another one lucky draw chance. With $150 spend in these two transactions, you will only receive two lucky draw chances. If you spend $200 in a single transaction, you will receive 4 lucky draw chances.
- One winner will be drawn across 11 malls on 5 Mar 2026.
- The winner will be notified by phone or email within 7 days after the determination of the results. The winners will also be announced via website [https://www.FrasersExperience.com/].
2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Should the redemption require proof of payment, the actual receipts and/or payment card must be presented for verification.
3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice / FairPrice Finest, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at FairPrice / FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn FRx Points.
5. All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
6. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at respective Customer Service Counters.
7. The Management of Frasers Property Singapore reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
8. The decision of Citibank and the Management of Frasers Property Singapore on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at their reasonable discretion and is final and binding for all participants.
9. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the third party.
10. The Management of Frasers Property Singapore shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services purchased by the Citi Cardmember from third parties with the vouchers (“Redeemed Products”) and the Management of Frasers Property Singapore shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Redeemed Products. All disputes about quality or performance of the Redeemed Products shall be resolved directly with the third party.
11. Citibank and the Management of Frasers Property Singapore reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
12. "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited.
C. LUCKY DRAW
1. The Management and employees of Frasers Property Retail Management are not eligible to participate in all mall-run lucky draws.
2. FRx members earn one electronic lucky draw chance with every $50 spent each day at participating malls within the promotion period. Electronic lucky draw chances are registered automatically in the system when the spending requirement is met and when the member’s FRx QR Code is scanned at participating stores.
3. Lucky draw chances are also tabulated on a transaction basis, e.g. if you spend $70 at a store, you receive one lucky draw chance. If you spend $80 at another store, you receive another lucky draw chance. For the spending of $150 in these two transactions, you receive two lucky draw chances. For spending of $200 in a single transaction, you will receive four lucky draw chances.
4. One lucky draw winner will be selected across our 11 participating malls in a random computerised drawing, which will be conducted at 438 Alexandra Point, Singapore 119958 on 5 March 2026.
5. The winner will be notified by phone or email within 7 days after the determination of the results. The winners will also be announced via website [https://www.frasersexperience.com/].
6. Taxes and other personal incidentals to be borne by the prize winner.
7. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or in kind.
8. Air Canada is pleased to provide lucky draw winner with one (1) pair of Economy Class round-trip promotional tickets for travel from Singapore to Vancouver, Canada valid for travel on Air Canada, Air Canada Express and Air Canada Rouge scheduled flights only.
- Space is subject to availability in the applicable booking class at the time of reservation.
- Travel using the Promotional Ticket must be booked by May 4, 2026 and travel must be completed by December 8, 2026.

- Travel is not permitted during the standard blackout periods, which are subject to change without notice.

- All applicable fees, such as airport/departure taxes, security charges or other third party fees, taxes or charges are the sole responsibility of the bearer of the ticket.
- Once your ticket has been issued, the origin and destination cannot be changed. However, a change to the flight time, and/or travel date is permitted prior to November 7, 2026. Please go to aircanada.com, select “My Bookings/Flights” and make your change. Please note that should you decide to change your booking, a change fee per ticket may apply.
- The maximum stay of your trip cannot exceed 90 days.
- Should you decide to cancel your booking for whatever reason, Air Canada cannot issue a replacement promotional code.
- Extensions for the above-mentioned travel booked by and travel completed by deadlines are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Travel does not qualify for Aeroplan points accumulation or for mileage/points accumulation in any other frequent flyer program.
- Stopovers or multi-city itineraries are not permitted.
- The use of eUpgrade credits is not permitted. Upgrading to Business Class or Premium Economy is not permitted unless you opt to purchase a last-minute upgrade at your own expense through the Last Minute Upgrade Purchase as further described at https://www.aircanada.com/ca/en/aco/home/book/upgrades/last-minute-upgradepurchase.html#/.
- Your ticket is not transferable, not upgradeable, not refundable, and not redeemable for cash nor valid on Air Canada Vacations packages.
- Promotional Ticket(s) can only be used by the Recipient. If two or more tickets are won, they must be used to travel on the same flights/dates as the Recipient.
- Tickets are subject to Air Canada’s general conditions of carriage publicly available at https://www.aircanada.com/ca/en/aco/home/legal/conditions-carriage-tariffs.html#/.
- Tickets are valid for travel on Air Canada, Air Canada Express and Air Canada Rouge scheduled flights only.
- Air Canada Signature Class may not be available on all flights.
- Entry into the Maple Leaf Lounge is not permitted unless flying Business Class and will be subject to availability.
- Entry into the Signature Suite is not permitted.
- Promotional pass recipients may be held liable to Air Canada for failure to adhere to the restrictions and conditions of travel applicable to their tickets or for the fraudulent use of those tickets.
- Your promotional code may not be distributed or sold, or otherwise used for commercial or personal gain, other than for the purpose for which it is intended.
- Air Canada reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotional code at our discretion.
- Any violation of these conditions may be subject to cancellation of the promotional code, of any booking made using this promotional code, and/or to any legal or other recourse available for the recovery of damages suffered or costs, expenses or loss incurred as a result of such prohibited use.

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Frasers Property Singapore will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
3. Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management of Frasers Property Singapore reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
